Just got back from being away for a few months with the boat I run and was very eager to finish "La Flaca". I knew what I wanted for a poling platform but wasn't sure if it could be done. Breeze Fabricators in Gulf Breeze, Fl did an amazing job!!!!! Super pleased, it allows tiller clearanc...

She's almost complete!!!! This Last month was sanding and fairing the decks, top coat paint, non-skid, wiring, rub-rail.....etc finishing details. Still have to get a poling platform, grab bar, and tiller extension made, varnish the bamboo rod holders, paint rear storage/ bilge area, finish wiring, ...

Johna, I cut out the plywood to the straight sheer version, thinking that was the look I wanted. After glassing and fairing the hull on the jig, I decided to shave her down from the straight sheer look. I shaved 3" on the back half of the boat then figured out an amount to decrease every foot t...
