When I have to glass overhead I apply thickened epoxy to the surface first with a notched trowel. Use cabisile and make it thick. Use a roller to press the mat into the thickened epoxy. Wet out the surface carefully so you do not thin the thickened epoxy.

I am currently fairing my XF20. I filled in the voids and low spots with epoxy and wood flour/cabosil. I have just started using quick fair now that rough stuff is mostly behind me. What is the maximum depth of a low spot that I can fill with this product? Yes, I know its expensive but after using ...
