Shoot that's just another trip back to my red fishing holes. Guess it would be kinda fun to make a video like that.

I think I might have over emphasized the X for "extreme" with my build of the XF20. Knowing the absolute insane abuse I was going to put mine through, I kept it as light as possible with as much bottom protection possible. For some these may be old pictures but the proofs in the photo's Ja...

Great advice from Sandy Claws try cupping your prop first. If not good enough look into the Pro Tech props, that's all Capt. Henderson has been running on his Micro Draft boats and they work very good.

Less efficient in power and steering capability, I wouldn't recommend it for that type of boat. Like Joel said just raise the motor at around 5 to 6 mph your not going to hurt it if it bumps.

Yep what he said, I was worried about pulling tufts through the 1708 with the sharp edge rocks I run over. And knowing it would be tough to repair those spots where tufts of kevlar come through. I've been hitting pretty hard here lately with the winter low tides and I still haven't seen a gouge much...

Randy has a very good point about the sag, I take a 1"x4" and temp screw it across the floor back by transom (outside hull). I'll be removing it soon to glass in the floor area because the screws come up thru floor.

Knowing Capt. Henderson I can tell you his Micro Draft boat was used a lot for carrying lay down boats and dropping off his hunters.

It would require a lot of camo netting to cover the entire craft but there's a ton of room for several hunters and a dog.
