Re: Panga 25 - Bottom Panels ?'s
I did the 22' Panga and had the same problem. I ended up kerfing the inside of the panels then after flipping the hull, filled them with thickened epoxy before laying the fiberglass. This was probably the most frustrating part of the build, even after kerfing I had to use ratchet straps to get the p...

22' Panga - GAS TANK - where should I put it?
We're working on fiberglassing in the frames now and before we get too far we need to decide if we're going to put the tank under the sole or under the front deck. This tank (17 gallons) http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/319%2BQg36bQL.jpg Would fit pretty nicely under the sole, we would just hav...

Re: System 3 High Build - Quickfair on top?
Do you think I can apply quickfair on top of high build primer the same day, without sanding?

System 3 High Build - Quickfair on top?
Can I apply quickfair to an area that already has System 3 high build on it? I've found a couple spots that need some more fairing that the high build won't cover up. Are they compatible? I would of course sand in between.
Thanks
Thanks

Best Paint for the Money
I am getting ready to paint the bottom of my 22 Panga white. I am using system 3 primer and am finishing that up the next few days. What is the best paint for the money? I plan on using sterling for the sides of the boat but just have a hard time spending 200+ dollars for the white colored bottom wh...

Fairing then sanding low spots
Right now I am fairing my 22 Panga with a couple longboards I made. They work great and only sand down the high spots, my questions is, since the low spots don't get touched with the sand paper, do I need to go back and sand the lot spots before applying more thickened epoxy to them? If I do that, i...

Re: Panga 22 Build - The Saga Begins
So far the fairing really isnt as bad as everyone makes it seem. I've longboarded then applied fairing compound three times now and as getting close to done. A few questions - I still need to attach my spray rails, any recommendations for the most effective/ best type to use? Do you think I need to ...
