No concerns for the hull. I'm past that point. The sanding pad is a 7" pad that I glued to a piece of 9x11 1/4" plywood.. I use spray glue with a piece of 80 grit. Run this on your 7" grinder You can fair your whole boat in about 30 minutes. Keep it moving in "x" patterns an...

Yeah it's so weird that it was wet out and very transparent then next day most of the boat looks like that. And I always precoat my plywood.
