I'm not sure what the advantage to using solid wood stringers will be. Laminated ply with staggered joints nests well on a few sheets and stay straight after being glued up straight. In my singular experience, accurately cut temporary molds allowed me to arrange them on the jig accurately and squarely, which provided reference points for making sure all was aligned, level and plumb. Looks very clean! The stretch of between the hull and the underside of the sole may be the least fun part of the process. Thank you, Browndog. We spent some time rebuilding the low pressure fuel pump, and showed no improvement in the issue, which was loosing fuel pressure at the injection rail.
