Re: MG20 questions to designer

Re: MG20 questions to designer

it has been a while and i have another question. I was thinking about MG stability. Barraman's one has 18 inch draft so theres a long reverse chine line under water, so its rock stedy. Oryginal MG has draft of 311 mm at DWL, this means that there will be a half less reverse chine under water then at...

Re: MG20 questions to designer

i agree that it is impossible to build sport bass boat on my own. This pad topic is more like curio. Those nozzles are for livewell, they got two separate systems for right and left section.
Question to BarraMan, whats the draft of 110% MG with 250 Yama ?

Re: MG20 questions to designer

I was asking about pad because most of bass boats got them, but what is interesting some of those pads are not flat. They are build a little bit like two wide strikes attached to keel. For example Gambler and Allison, got them build like that. Other thing is that they have long transom step and then...

Re: MG20 questions to designer

Matkuz, what is the difference between plywood and foam? Normally foam is 3 times more expensive than plywood to use due to the need to use extra fiberglass and epoxy plus the cost of the foam itself. Once Jacques gets back to you why don't you price out both materials and see which one is cheaper....

Re: MG20 questions befour start

After your respond, i think that i will reorganizie my garage and may be I will be able to have it 1:1, as a MG20, not MG18. Those are my first tries of bass boat layout.
