Hi, thanks for all the feedback. There is still a lot to do in the inside but I'm hoping to have the bulk of it done by spring (southern hemisphere).

Maximum loading is no problem Jacques set the number in the Study Plans as 2000lbs over hull weight so 3500lbs all in. You will need a lot of gear and passengers to reach that mark.
