Hi all! Digging back into the old threads before starting a new one... In pouring over the HB20 plans, I can't find any specified shaft length so I assume a standard shaft length is needed. I have a Yamaha 9.9 extra long shaft (25") already... wanted to clarify this detail before buying a diff...
