Hello all!

We are part of a high school club. We are trying to build a replica of a collapsible lifeboat from the Titanic (collapsible D). We were wondering if you have any good techniques to build the wooden core of the boat or any useful information.

You'll get lots of information and opinion here. But we need more to start with. Some pics, specs, information about original construction, etc would go a long way.

Lots of helpful folks here but we're generally not going to do a research project, you need to furnish that part.
