Thanks. It is a .... ton of work.

Dan everything is looking good. Since the NA suggested filling the BB with foam and I also did you should consider the advice. I would get them attached and then pour the foam and let the foam set 2 days and then cut it to shape of the top of the BB's.

Today, I fashion matching bulkheads to the trimmed ones; finished kitting the tapes for BB2, sanded the fillets in BB1 (gross), bonded the tapes in BB1, and laminated the backbone for BB2.

A LOT of work.

Tomorrow, will pull the vac bag; trim the glass hangovers off the BB, maybe remove the BB from the mould and prep it for the next 13 layers of glass.

Thursday is a laminating day for the bottom of BB2, but I need a cradle for BB1.

I kind of want to see if I can pattern the tops as well.

And also needed are longi. These are long ts; think stringers.

Well I can finally wrap my mind around it enough to visualize it. My first thought was my God it's like building two bizarrely shaped, super strong kayaks. That and they gotta fit just so on the bow hulls. Hats off to you.
