98" swordfish the team weighed in last year was 354lb so the halibut wins. Unlike the halibut, ever bit of that fish was tasty and smooth. The smaller ones are a bit less fatty which makes them more like lean pork compared to the big one which are more like sholder or but with the higher fat content.

I get way too much swordfish....

Nice thing about halibut is the amount of boneless fillet you get from them. I would guess you are looking at 275 lbs of pure boneless meat. Somebody is going to be eating fish for a while :D
