Does anyone know the position of the stringers on the molds of the Novi 23. Or, where to cut the notches on the molds. I can't seem to find it on the plans.

It's on the plans.

See drawing E239/5.
It shows the spacing of the stringers on frame B.
It is the same for all frames.

You can also use a host like Photobucket to link in the pics. That was easier for me and allowed me to share images on other forums and such.

Thanks Mad Dog. Lets see if I can get this thread going and do something useful.
First picture:
Image

This is how It started on April 2nd 2012. I needed a place to build and didn't have a shop big enough. So I have to build outdoors. This is my back yard with my shed to the right. The trees to the left are just about 16 feet from the shed so there should be just enough room for the flip. You can see the sprinkler head whidh I moved so it wouldn't spray the boat each day.
This is the strongback made from 2 x 10's and on 4 inch posts.
Image
The yard has a bit of a grade, which you can see here in this picture.

The strongback is 3 ft wide. I have seen this question asked in some other threads.
I have more pics posted on an album., but it is time to work on the boat!

Note that the wood is exterior AC, I am going the route of potentially disposable stations. Will deide if this is good as work progresses. Here is the middle station again. Note the use of scrap wood. Not pretty, but it works.

Gluing up the ransom. First use of Meranti on the boat. Nice stuff. pretty where the resin shows the grain. Too bad it will be painted.

Here is the glueup of the outside stringers. The clamps are scraps screwed to the shops wooden floor.

Here is another pic of the outside stringers, and a very messy shop. The stringers are almost as long as the shop.

At this point I was dying to see some boat shape so started to do some assembly:

here is a pic of one of the center stringers. Wasn't happy with how the notches lined up so I recut them. Didn't get a picture of the glueup on these, but they extended past the shop floor.
