I'm starting to paint tonight and want to know if anyone can tell me the recommended times between coats and how long it should cure before splashing?

what brand?.... it depends on the paint.

It will either say it on the can, or in the case of the "professional" products, in the paint literature/application guide.

I'd go about 12 hours between coats, assuming warm weather, longer in cool weather, and probably 5 days cure before splashing.

did not see what section it was in.

You can get two coats in one day if its warm, and that is without using the accelerator.

Depending on temps, the application guide says that you have up to 36 hours to re-coat without sanding.

It is Sterling! Temps here will be in the 90 degree range.

I understand that Sterling is a 2-1 mixture of the paint(U-220) to U-2964 brushing converter and you can thin that out as much as 25% with the U-2965 brushing reducer.

How much accelerator should be added to a 12 oz batch? Will this help with the curing time?

thats right, and if its hot, you will probably want to add a tiny amount of reducer as you go (the paint will thicken)

Application guide says anywhere from a few drops to 1/8 oz for a whole quart, it depends greatly on the temp and the humidity. My advice it to not use the accelerator this time of year unless your really trying to make it tack free quickly. Paint in the morning or when humidity is lowest
