Use tack cloth b/w Sterling coats?

I assume the answer is yes, but don't want a mistake if the answer is no.

BTW I followed the routine instructions for application, including the tips here on Bateau, and like what I see after the first coat. Thanks to all.

I don't see why not BUT I am not the paint expert, that's Joel department and he is out fishing this PM.
