How much flex can this paint take before cracking or checking ? I would like to paint the pilot house top before
installing but when i do i will have to flex it about 3/8" downward on the frames. Do you think the paint will take
it or should i paint after install ?

3/8" over the whole top is not much, but I would paint after you bending. I would probably primer before bending also
