Thanks! I'm really impressed how it sits in the water. With nothing in the boat. Without motors ext. the transom is about 1-2 inches out of the water. Ready to get in the skinny stuff.

Actually I take that back that was with my trolling motor and battery in the front. But still.

Did you glass the deck? I see a lot of people doing that but was not planning on it myself, I believe the plans do not require it.
