The foam does not need to be left open to cure. As you can see it is quit strong.

Well the Dee name was given to me by my first grandson when he was 6 months....so it will have to stay. He is 18 yrs. old now.
Fill to the top.....well we were able to get close by measuring closely. Topped it off with small amounts. some over fill but I don't like to leave holes under the sole with no access. small amount of waste after sawing it off this morning.
Sole and frame E are installed. My helper will be doing fillets and tape on joints this afternoon while I go vote.
Will post pictures again tonight.
