I did put it in the water this week on a friends private lake. It floats nice. Tank was full and the bow was just up a little but not as much as expected. I have batteries in front as well. Once the poling platform is on i think it will be as expected and hoped. I did not run up the RPM over 4000 and then just for a minute. It seemed to plane pretty easily. The picture on the beach (grass) gives you an idea how shallow it runs. I literally idled into the beach.
I was planning on giving it more of a run this weekend but my plans got cancelled.
Meeting with the Game Warden (TPW) to get the boat inspected tomorrow. That is required to get it registered.

Put the poling platform on. Installed push pole holders (that i 3d printed). That is about all i plan on doing. Nothing left to do but fish.
I have taken her out a few times. Mostly exploring rather than fishing. I am still trying to get familiar with the bay and the boat.
She runs good. I can get her up to about 32 mph. I think it was at about 5400 rpm.
She can be pretty wet when the wind picks up and your trying to get back across the bay but that was expected.
