From the designer: I don't know how many were built. We have seen pictures of several but no sailing reports. Only a few builders post pictures of their project.

is this good for offshore cruises and ocean crossing?
See the comparison tables and comments in the study plans. Offshore capability depends very much on the skipper but the necessary strength and stability are there. Keep in mind that in this design, priority has been given to comfort, capacity: the wide beam and high freeboard provides an exceptional interior volume but she will not be as fast as a racing boat. I like to say that she is a good trade winds boat.
how long is its mast?
The mast is 12m long (40'), Exact specs and part numbers are given on the plans.

Also regarding its keel, can please expound how can it be built of?can the fixed keel be filled with concrete then the lifting keel will be of lead?" Jeff
It is a centerboarder. The keel is an integral part of the hull, it is built at the same time than the hull, as wide box under the bottom. There is a wide slot in that box keel. The centerboard is a profiled board that slides (rotates) up and down in that slot. The ballast is in the keel, not in the centerboard. The ballast must be lead, not concrete.
