C12 Question
C12 Question
This question arrived via email overnight. "Hello, I found mention about seat locker lid in C12 plans C12-M-Complete.pdf. "Note the optional rear seat locker lid shown on a separate drawing" But from files which i get from purchase i couldnt find any drawing with it, could you help me please? Thank you" Jeff
Re: C12 Question
It should be included in the package. It is a simple drawing showing how to cut and frame a hatch for a locker in any small boat seat.
Reid has a temporary copy that I created for you, email him please.

Re: C12 Question
For the fiberglass: what you show is fine. Don't worry about the gaps. You could use thinner glass but you have is fine.
For the pintles (rudder pivots), 3/8" diameter is fine. Build the rudder first, put your pintles and gudgeons on dry and check against the transom. Offset one of the gudgeons a little so that you engage one pintle at a time.
You boat looks good..
