@Jeff;
Hey Jeff, I just placed another order for Matthew Vasil. If it’s at all possible to get that out today, I’d greatly appreciate it!! I know it’s late in the day and Friday, so I understand if you can’t get it out today. If you can’t get it out today, if you could please make sure it’s out by Monday, that’s fine! Thanks again for everything!! Your store is great and this site has been AMAZING!! I don’t think I would have even attempted to do what I’m doing if I hadn’t found this site!!
Thanks!!

No worries…I did it to myself. I should have placed the order last night or first thing this morning and just forgot. Anyway, thanks for getting it out on Monday. Enjoy the weekend…

Re: 1984 Grady White Overnighter 20 - Transom Rebuild
Hey guys,
It’s been a while since I’ve posted on my progress…had a few things side track me, but starting to get back on track. New fuel tank is 100% installed and the hatch…just have to seal the small access hatch. Transom is 100% done, and has been…so, just the splashwell left. I’ve made some decent progress and hope/plan to be done before the end of June!! As long as all goes well and nothing else side tracks me, I don’t see why I won’t be done by then. Here are some pics of my progress;
Just wanted to thank EVERYONE again for all the help and tips, and Jeff for the supplies!!! I KNOW I would not have been able to even attempt this project if I hadn’t found this site!!

Accidentally loaded the pics backwards, but you can still see the progress, just in reverse, lol. Basically, just have to finishing tabbing the splashwell, then glass it. Also, have to cut pieces to “cap” the gap between the two vertical walls (which I plan to install pole holders there), then have to fair everything and gelcoat. And obviously reinstall all the hardware on the back (swim ladder, drains, transducer, motor, etc). Still seems like a lot of work, but compared to what I have done, it feels like I’m finally almost there!!

Looks pretty good.
Not sure how the knees got into the structure exactly, but keep in mind the transom is how all the loads are transferred to the hull, so you want that all tied well and able to keep the transom from deflection on top.
If you have any laminating voids they can be double hole drilled and snub nose injected with 5/10 cc syringes.
All the best. Dan
