Seats are glued in and ready for glass along the hull. The majority of interior fairing is complete and working on oarlock risers from white oak.

All glass work is done and working on final fairing for paint. Picked up some white oak for oar lock risers and getting close to completion.

Hi,
I admire the quality with which You build this boat. Everything looks perfect. I have down loaded all posted pictures of your build in my own MI12 folder just to look at them at least once everyday. Do not forget to let us know the final weight. Does the plan not ask for limber holes on the 3 frames or is this only usual on a v-type hull bottom ?

Applied my final seal coat of epoxy and need to sand that for painting. Limber holes are optional for this design. Just roll it over to drain. Looking forward to see how she rows. Still need to drill holes for the oarlock mounts.

Also admire the work--so much neater than anything I've managed. Will be such a nice boat to use!

Splashed on a first coat of color. I do like the whaler blue from Totalboat. Two more coats to go. I think the oarlock holders are ready and the height is good. May have to alter that slightly following the first launch.
