I finally got around it and did some CAD estimates plus Savitsky calculations. Hull freeboard would be sufficient for my planned use and estimating chine width at 1,8m and LCG 2,0m from transom and running calculations for 1000kg and 1200kg masses and 30, 35, and 40kn speeds (Neglecting appendage resistance) the results would suggest solid 30kn performance should be possible with already 115hp.
Fiddling with the Savitsky parameters suggests that for over 30kn LCG would prefer to be located more aft (and actually could be hard to get that forward) and strakes would definitely help. 35kn top speed should be reachable with 140hp outboard trimming a little, even without strakes.
