Getting the tube to fit the bow is darn tricky. It is easy to see why this is a fight for you. Keep after it I got faith in you

Dam don't foght it let it come to you. You went and got professional help so always take a step back and look it over. Things are looking good from long distance. Tom

Well, moving forward now.

The BB was designed in plate, but that detail did not land on me or the composite designer until Sunday. The composite designer told me to make a mould, and I strongarm tortured it to work.

In the course of events, the composites guy has said he is done.

He originally said to do it solid glass, I asked for foam, but then he kept the keel and the knuckle solid with like 5" piece of custom tapered foam and after I realized it was an overtortured set of 3 plates, I asked him for a solid layup and he said follow the keel layup.

So, today, I glued on the relief with fast epoxy and today or tomorrow will coat the mould with surfacing primer.

Yesterday, I trimmed the first backbone in the yard and am also ready to laminate the bulkheads, or close. So, finally, it is not easy work, but straightforward at least.

Laminated half the other backbone and coated the mould with surfacing. It won't be a perfect surface..
